I've started on hats and scarves for when I am working on the allotment. Aran weight wool knits up very quickly - which is just as well considering the speed of the current cold snap : )

Gloves and mittens. Just seem to start when the weather gets cold and carry on until inspiration hits for something else.
Last night I was inspired to knit a dog snood for my whippet. Her ears get very cold (a problem with the breed, they are chilly beasts) and so I googled and came up with the idea of a snood. There are lots of patterns out there to buy but I just looked at the photos, winged it, and have a very wistful, smug looking whippet now! She's not sure whether she likes it or not but she loves the attention!

I don't think we could have thrown you in any deeper! But you swam straight away. Looking forward to working with you and helping you implement all those exciting ideas. REALLY wish I could talk about them now, but don't want to spoil the surprise... Watch this space!

Cast on for the Classic Car Coat - beautiful pattern. Just rushed out to get the Artesano Aran yarn which is like butter to knit with. Thanks for great patterns (as if I need another WIP!) Love the mag.

I absolutely LOVE IT! - best one yet.
Thank you to all concerned - sorry about your blog, Kerrie, but can understand that some things just have to go in a busy life.

Just to let you knoe WH Smiths in Stourbridge in the West Midlands seem to be putting your magazine in the sewing section. I do rearrange whenever I go in but it always seems to end up back there.

Please do not make the mistake of only targeting your gorgeous magazine at a readership of those who you think are 30 - 40. I am in my 50s and knit for myself, my daughter and my grandsons. I also love knitting for my home - mainly vintage style. I would ask that you keep your patterns varied and beautiful - to reflect your readership.
